Weekly program
Free groceries, picked up or delivered.
Fresh grocery boxes for anyone in the greater Olympia area who needs them — whether you're between paychecks, priced out by the bills, or just having a hard month.
Who it's for
Everyone. We mean that. We serve people who are low-income, disabled, or unhoused — and we serve working families who are fully employed but still can't cover food after rent, the car payment, insurance, and the bills. If you need food, you qualify. That's the whole list.
How to request groceries
Grocery availability is announced once or twice a week in the Souper Sunday Facebook group. Request a box there, or reach out directly — we'll arrange pickup, or bring it to your door anywhere in the greater Olympia area.
Where the food comes from
Donations from neighbors, local grocers, and restaurants — plus ingredients bought with your donations. We also support other groups who work directly with people in need, so good food never goes to waste.
